Burning Man

We have no commercial affiliation with the Burning Man organization. Bias alert: We have deep roots in the Burning Man community, including its founding members, and no doubt these social connections color our views of the world.

Reliance Upon Information on this Site

Every factual statement in on this website not attributed to a third party is merely a statement of our beliefs on the topic and readers are advised to independently confirm the information contained herein.  For any legal advice, one should always consult a lawyer; for medical advice consult a doctor.  We only publish our subjective opinions and beliefs.

Psychedelic Travel

From time to time we offer travel opportunities to international destinations where the use of psychedelics is legal. Note, there is no jurisdiction in the United States where psychedelics is currently legal because there is a federal prohibition on the use of psychedelics. For example, although Oregon has decriminalized the use of psychedelics and is in the process of setting up a regulatory regime for psychedelics, Federal law prohibits their use. Until such time as psychedelics are legal at both the federal and state level we will not offer travel opportunities within the United States. We note that certain churches have an exemption for use of certain psychedelics. As a policy matter we do not refer individuals to such churches, but fully support their existence.

Sourcing of Controlled Substances

As a policy matter we provide no information whatsoever on sourcing of any controlled substance, either publicly or privately. You can ask, we won’t be offended, but we won’t be able to provide any assistance.
