Louis Brill
Louis was a member of the SF Suicide Club and SF Cacophony Society. He attended the 1990 Baker Beach gathering, and the first 1990 first playa gathering. He wrote the article “Sign of the Times” in 1992 about John Law and the Neon on the Man (reproduced below)
